The challenge
In recent years, the SNCF has increased the number of services offered to its passengers, but it has also noticed that its station staff are finding it difficult to accompany customers on the various SNCF applications (Oui SNCF, Voyages SNCF, TGV pro...). How can its staff be trained quickly and effectively on all the applications ?
The goal
SNCF employees, divided into two teams, will compete in a serious game. Using a responsive web app and a device projected onto a giant screen, they have to face various possible scenarios on all SNCF customer applications, such as finding the price calendar or buying a young person's ticket on Oui SNCF. The team that finishes the serious game first wins.

the process
With the information gathered, I was able to create an affinity map to organise and synthesise the responses and observations I captured through testing. I discovered ideas that I reconstructed into a list of recommendations. I organised them by priority level (high to low) to determine what needed to be changed immediately. This led to the first drafts of the paper prototypes and then the mock-ups and the creation of the UI kit
